Director and Deputy to stand down from DPP
THE Director and Deputy Director of the Northern Territory Director of Public Prosecutions are both set to stand down from their positions.

THE Director and Deputy Director of the Northern Territory Public Prosecutions are both set to stand down from their positions.
According to a statement released on Friday, Director Jack Karczewski QC will be taking extended personal leave from the end of this month “with the view of stepping back from his role into retirement later in the year.”
Mr Karczewski has been the Director of the DPP since 2013.
Deputy Director Matthew Nathan SC is also leaving his role at the end of the month to return to New Zealand with his family.
Mr Nathan has had 13 years with the DPP and three years as Deputy Director.
