THERE are more than 800 people who each owe Territory taxpayers more than $10,000 in unpaid fines.
The latest data from the Territory Government shows Darwin man Nicolas Koukouvas owes the public purse the most money, at $46,941.
Meanwhile, Territory Windscreens owner Stephen Arrigo, who also ran for the Senate for the Great Australia Party, owes the second highest amount at $42,788.
Three Victorian also owes Territory taxpayers thousands - Meliya Lee Carrington from White Hills, Vic is due to pay $34,948, Joy Scott from Brunswick West owes $10,397, and Eli Awad from Broadmeadows has received a bill for $10,367.
Another three Queenslander are also on the list - Joan Betty Gater from Cairns owes $13,755, Christopher Carl Angus from Pacific Paradise is due to pay $10,189, and Cliff Roger Cicolini owes $10,165.
A West Australian is also on the list - Martin Michael Spicer from Clarkson owes $10,677.
