The four-bedroom, two-bathroom, fully-fenced property is a 15-minute ferry ride from Darwin CBD and is a short walk or drive to the beach.
Raine & Horne sales consultant Byron Wauchope said the property was a rare rural gem and would likely attract attention from southerners seeking an escape from lockdown.
