According to its online listing, the home’s highlights include a boomerang-shaped house structure boasting a “unique layout” including two distinct sleeping wings and a huge central living space, plus a self-contained villa and more than two acres of landscaped tropical gardens.

Real Estate Central director and sales consultant Michael Van De Graaf said the property’s striking design, huge amount of space, large block size and private location made it a standout.

“It has a unique boomerang design which has two wings – one for the parents and the rest with a media room, the rest of the bedrooms and an office,” he said.

“It’s also absolutely huge. The master bedroom is bigger than some people’s units.

“It’s immaculately designed from front to back, and it’s also beautifully landscaped.”

Mr Van De Graaf said he had been overwhelmed at the level of buyer interest the property had attracted in just a few days. “It’s been non-stop. I’ve had probably at least 40 or 50 calls for this property, but also lots of email inquiries, especially from interstate people interested in moving up here keen to know what the price is.”
