Two men will face court on serious drug trafficking charges after police raided a Thebarton business, uncovering kilograms of drugs.

About 3.30pm Tuesday, Serious and Organised Crime Branch officers raided the business.

They uncovered about 1.5kg of methamphetamine, 3kg of cannabis, 250g of cocaine, cash and two tasers.

A 33-year-old North Adelaide man and a 30-year-old Gilles Plains man were arrested and charged with trafficking a large commercial quantity of drugs.

Both men were refused police bail and remanded in custody to face court.

It comes after two Mundoora men, aged 29 and 49, were reported for unrelated drug offences on Wednesday.

Police found 2.5kg of cannabis, cannabis seeds, $5000 cash and unknown capsules that will undergo forensic testing.

A 49-year-old man was reported for trafficking in a controlled drug and will be summonsed to appear in court at a later date.

At a second Mundoora property, police found about 160g of dried cannabis, resin and paraphernalia.

A 29-year-old man was reported for possession and issued with a cannabis expiation notice.
