Truck and car collide in serious crash on Horrocks Highway near Templers

A major highway has reopened after a serious crash involving a truck and a car. A 39-year-old Willaston woman was airlifted to hospital.

Roads have reopened after a serious crash at Templers on Wednesday night.

Just before 6pm on Wednesday, emergency services were called to Horrocks Highway, Templers, to reports that a Holden sedan had collided with a truck.

The driver of the car, a 39-year-old Willaston woman was airlifted to hospital in a serious condition.

Major Crash investigators attended the scene and the Horrocks Highway was closed to all traffic in both directions between Roseworthy Rd and Templers Rd was closed last night but have since reopened.

Police are appealing for anyone who may have witnessed the crash to call Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
