Labor Minister Accused Of Misleading Senate 09/06/2023

Shadow Attorney-General Michaelia Cash has raised the possibility that Finance Minister Katy Gallagher misled parliament after revelations were aired suggesting Senator Gallagher was aware of Brittany Higgins’ allegations against Bruce Lehrmann four days before she claimed to have had no advance knowledge of them in the Senate. 

Tobacconists in Sydney are peddling black market cigarettes with one in four tobacco products consumed in Australia coming from an illegal source, costing the Federal government $4.2 billion last year. 

Queenslanders have been warned they could face even higher prices and more delays for new homes as the state ­government pushes forward with a proposal to regulate the development industry.
