An earlier version of this article included a photograph of lawyer Christian Cifuentes with the accompanying text: “Misleading a client, misappropriating trust money and failing to pay tax, these lawyers have been found guilty of professional misconduct. See who ended up in hot water”.
We wish to clarify that Mr Cifuentes has never been charged with, or found guilty of, misleading a client, misappropriating trust money or failing to pay tax.
