THRILLING rides and breathtaking exhibitions will mark the return of the Royal Darwin Show as the Territory’s largest and oldest community event marks its 70th anniversary.
The Show returns from Thursday to Saturday at the Darwin Showgrounds and will be aiming to come back in style after the 2020 edition was cancelled.
The event offers showgoers – young and young at heart – an exciting opportunity to experience the best of the Territory.

From colourful birds and vibrant art to thrilling rides and live music, not forgetting the all-important show bags, the show has it all.
Pam Hamill has been working at the Royal Darwin Show since 1992 and is the co-ordinator of the Rotary Hall.
“There’s a lot of excitement. The people just want to get back out and do what they normally do,” she said. “Last year was virtual and that’s not the same. It’s really important to the exhibitors to be able to properly showcase their work and we get that again this year.”
