DEPARTING Territory Alliance leader Terry Mills is planning to return to Western Australia to spend time with family after losing his seat of Blain.
Mr Mill’s told the NT News he would be taking a break from politics and going to WA to spend some time with his mother who recently underwent surgery.
“I need to take some time to give deep thought to what’s happening next for me,” he said.
It comes after Mr Mills recently admitted that he carried a “fairly big responsibility” for the party’s failed election campaign.
Territory Alliance’s Jeff Collins, who also lost his seat in Fong Lim, has ruled out running again.
“I’m happy to head back to law, it’s something I’ve missed for four years,” he told Nine News.
