HILTON Darwin has bounced back from the Covid-19 pandemic, winning the Gold Plate Restaurant of the Year for its PepperBerry Restaurant.
The win at the NT hospitality industry’s premier awards night was announced in front of about 500 owners, operators, staff and supporters.
PepperBerry Restaurant was also named Best Contemporary Restaurant and Best Hotel Restaurant.
Phat Mango was rewarded for its growing reputation with two awards — Best New Establishment and the Chief Minister’s Award for Championing Local Produce. Its neighbour, Moorish, was named Best Stand Alone restaurant.
The Cavenagh picked up two awards — Best Steak Restaurant and Best Pub/Club Wine List. The Best Restaurant Wine List went to Stone House Wine Bar and Kitchen.
