A 37-YEAR-OLD man has died after a workplace incident in Katherine this morning, police say.
An NT WorkSafe spokesman said the incident occurred at 7.30am at a construction site.

“NT WorkSafe has commenced an investigation after receiving notification that a 37-year-old male worker has died after falling from the tracks of an excavator,” the spokesman said.
He said the cause of the fall was unknown.
NT WorkSafe and Northern Territory Police — are investigating the circumstances around the death.
