THE number of lives lost on Territory roads grew to 25 this weekend — and that’s 25 too many.
A 30-year-old man tragically died in a single vehicle crash at Girraween on Sunday, and while any time of the year is devastating to lose a loved one, it’s especially heartbreaking just before Christmas.
Now is the time to be vigilant and to stay so.
If you’ve had a fun night on the town, call a mate or a taxi to take you home.
If you’re tired, pull over and phone a loved one or friend.
If your phone is blowing up, please ignore it and wait until you’ve reached your destination.
