HANG on to your hats ... we’re into the top 100 of that list!

The NT News’ 120 Most Powerful list has certainly stirred up the Territory’s movers and shakers.

Our first 20 selections have already caused as much discussion over trendy coffee shop tables as they have at beer-stained pub bars.

Maybe that’s because our list has got even more attitude than ever this year.

And you’ll only find it, exc­lusively, here on the NT News website ntnews. com.au which counts down from numbers 100-91 today.

What did you think of our choices today?

There’s sure to be some talk about Darwin City Council aldermen Mick Palmer and Simon Niblock appearing together at numbers 98 and 99. One represents Greenies, the other built a career taking them on

And they’re both much higher than our Lord Mayor, Katrina Fong Lim, who only came in at Number 116.

There was also plenty of discussion over our decision to place former Chief Minister Adam Giles at Number 110 on Tuesday.

His fall from the giddying heights of the top few last year to just scraping in this year would have been soul-destroying. But should he have even been on our list at all?
