BABIES arguably are some of the most fashionable beings on the planet, and Territory tots are the ultimate fashionistas.

Hundreds of people sent photos of their children rocking their best outfits, and it was a nailbiting race but the top tots have been found.

Sporting a pale green ruffled top and matching floral pants and headband, Isabella is ready to brunch with her girlfriends. As the Territory's top tot fashionista, she knows how to pair simple colours with patterns effectively.
