DRESSED in a blue safari suit coat, Solomon MP, Labor’s Luke Gosling, has stood in federal Parliament and argued state’s rights being returned to the Territory quoting the words of singer Meatloaf.

DEATH WISH: NT EUTHANASIA LAWS BACK ON THE TABLE

In a disjointed, sort of harmony, Mr Gosling stood following Question Time to talk about the approaching 40th Anniversary of Self Government.

At midpoint he started singing the words from the 1977 Meatloaf hit “Two out of three ain’t bad”, altering the words to say: “there ain’t no way we’re ever gunna give up on full rights for the Territory.”
