The Darwin residents took out the men’s and women’s Myer Fashions on Your Front Lawn national competitions and walked home with a swag of prizes for their effort, including a Lexus UX250h 2WD Sports Luxury valued at $70,070 each.
It was the first time Mr Garbo, whose outfit came from Zara, had entered a fashions on the field competition.
“I didn’t expect to win, and then I went outside and saw the car,” he said.

Ms Spielmann, who won the Melbourne Cup Day heat at Flemington in 2014, said this win proved Territorians knew a thing or two about fashion.
“We know how to dress and we have style, it just gets hot so we have less functions where we can show off our beautiful cocktail wear,” she said.
