MANGO madness will be in full craze today with the first ever Mango Madness Festival in the Territory.
NT Mango Industry Association president Leo Skliros said the mangoes would be at their best, with endless tasting and cooking possibilities on display.

“There will be a lot of NT-inspired food, so we’ll be eating our mangoes with Territory icons like the barramundi, the crocodile, the buffalo, and we’ve got some mango salsa with chicken, mango with prawns, mangoes with everything,” he said. Mr Skliros said the tropical delicacy deserved its own festival, and it was good to see it come to fruition.
