56,000 arrivals recorded since the NT’s borders reopened
MORE than 56,000 people have now arrived into the Northern Territory by air and road since our borders re-opened on July 17.

MORE than 56,000 people have now arrived into the Northern Territory by air and road since our borders re-opened on July 17.
Government data, as of 8am Wednesday, shows 32,352 people have arrived by road and a further 24,193 by air.
An additional 291 have arrived by sea or rail.
There have been 34 cases of coronavirus confirmed in the Territory but all have since recovered.
There are no active cases and there has been no community transmission.
There have been 35,987 tests conducted.

Of the people who have arrived in the Territory, 500 have been forced into quarantine.
There have been 32,135 compliance checks completed.
