A 27-YEAR-OLD man who breached his quarantine to go clubbing in Darwin is among the latest crop of people to be fined for flouting coronavirus quarantine requirements in the NT.
The man was caught out when police contacted him after receiving a tip-off.
He admitted to breaching his quarantine and has been issued with a fine.
NT Police, Fire and Emergency Services have advised the man attended the nightclub on Saturday, June 27, but have so far refused to say which club he attended or where he arrived in the Territory from.
He is one of four people who authorities fined yesterday for failing to stay home and quarantine.

A 21-year-old woman from Alice Springs and two women from Darwin, aged 21 and 27, were also found to not be at their places of quarantine during compliance checks.
A police spokeswoman said all of the women had been unable to provide a lawful justification as to why they were not quarantining, and each had been issued a fine.
The infringement penalty for failing to abide by the Chief Health Officer Directions issued under section 56 of the Public and Environmental Health Act 2011 is $1,106 for an individual and $5,530 for a business.
