A man and woman are in hospital with stab wounds and two others have been arrested after a fight broke out in front of a block of units at Liverpool in Sydney’s south west.

A man and woman are in hospital and two others have been arrested after an alleged stabbing in Sydney’s south west.
Emergency services were called to Hoxton Park Rd at Liverpool just before 3am following reports of a fight in front of a block of units.

Police arrived to find a man with stab wounds to his back and a woman with stab wounds to her hip. They were both taken to Liverpool Hospital in stable conditions.
Another man and woman, who police say were known to the injured pair, were arrested at the scene and taken to Liverpool Police Station.
Charges are yet to be laid.
