A 35-YEAR-OLD man has died after a single vehicle rollover on the Carpentaria Hwy.
The man was found by a passing motorist who helped him while waiting for police to arrive.
The motorist spotted the victim’s overturned car about 8.30pm Thursday.

Police said it appeared the man had been thrown from the car.
The man sustained serious injuries, but was conscious when the passer-by stopped to help.
Elliott police, health clinic staff and fire and emergency response crews attended the scene and the driver was taken back to the local clinic for treatment.

Tragically he succumbed to his injuries and died earlier this morning.
Investigations into the circumstances surrounding the crash are continuing and a report will be prepared for the Coroner.
