Guzman y Gomez set to open in Stuart Park mid 2023

Guzman y Gomez is opening its doors to the NT once more with a new location. Here’s when to expect the new store.

The Territory’s next Mexican restaurant is set to open its doors its doors later this year.

Guzman y Gomez plans to open a second drive through outlet in Stuart Park in mid 2023.

A GYG spokeswoman said the chain’s first NT restaurant opened in Bakewell in 2016.

“Since then, we have had requests for more locations,” she said.

“GYG Stuart Park will be serving up brekkie, lunch and dinner.

“We are looking forward to bringing the GYG’s 100 per cent clean and freshly-prepared menu to the local community.”

The spokeswoman said the new restaurant was looking to hire 100 crew, cooks, shift leaders, and baristas.

“As Australia’s fastest growing fast-food business, Guzman y Gomez is on a mission to reinvent fast-food because we genuinely believe that fast-food doesn’t have to mean bad food,” she said.

“We aim to provide the highest quality menu items and ingredients at great value with the speed and convenience of traditional fast-food.”
