Darwin Triple Crown ‘Hot Pass’ on sale for $99 as part of Black Friday deal

Supercars is back for season 2025 and looks set to be the biggest, loudest, most exciting and memorable yet.
The annual motorsports bonanza will play host to a new support category, the Trans Am.
Pioneered in the USA, the Trans Am class sees V8 powered rear-wheel drive muscle cars go head to head – the races also part of the Trico Trans Am national series.
In addition to the Trans Ams tearing up the track, the heart-stopping Freestyle Moto X stuntmen, Drifters, and Harley Davison stunt team and aerial stunts by Paul Bennett will all be back on deck while nitro Up North will be a stand-alone event in 2025.
Live music has also been added to the schedule with performances set to wrap up Saturday and Sunday’s action – artists to be announced closer to the event.
Revheads and sports fans alike can secure tickets today with the $99 3-Day Hot Pass up for grabs as part of Black Friday sales (usually $135 online or $145 at the gate) – with kids 12 and under free of charge.
The pass gives fans access to all the action and includes Pit Paddock access, free public transport and parking.
With the 2024 round drawing in $21.41 million – per independent research – and close to 40,000 fans, Supercars chief executive Shane Howard said Territorians could expect another great Indigenous Round.
“The Darwin Triple Crown has always been a standout event, loved by fans and teams alike,” he said.
“Its evolution as Supercars’ official Indigenous Round has further cemented its significance on our calendar.
“This event not only delivers incredible on-track action at one of our favourite destinations on
the calendar, but with Supercars’ brand-new championship format for 2025, every lap counts
more than ever, adding a new level of excitement for fans.
“We’re thrilled to return to Darwin in June for the betr Darwin Triple Crown and look forward to sharing this new chapter of the championship with our passionate supporters making their way to the Northern Territory in 2025.”
Like Howard, acting chief executive of Territory Major Events Trevor Cox said the Triple Crown was unmissable.
“The combination of Supercars, support categories, and the unique atmosphere of the
Indigenous Round makes it a must-see event for motorsport fans,” he said.
“As with all our events we listen to feedback received in our research and this year we’ve
incorporated more track action and brought back live music following racing on Saturday and
Sunday.
“It’s inspiring to witness the positive economic impact this event has on our tour operators, hospitality industry, and the many local businesses that benefit from the flow-on effects is so exciting to see.”
The online Black Friday super sale starts at 6.30am November 28, 2024, and finishes at midnight (ACST) December 3, 2024.
The event is delivered by Northern Territory Major Events Company. Tickets will be available
