Top End revheads with a need for speed could win a Supercars hot lap and a double pass to the upcoming Darwin Triple Crown.

Winning a hot lap in one of the Territory’s fastest Supercars is as simple as snapping a selfie.

Darwin revheads can zoom their way to Darwin International airport to take a photo with the Penrite Supercar near the entry – but they need to post the cheesy pic to social media.

Tagging @darwin_airport in the post before June 12 will seal the deal and put Territorians in the running for the super prize.

The Airport Development Group is giving Darwin rev heads the chance to win a Supercar hot lap and double pass to the 2024 betr Darwin Triple Crown.

The Airport Development Group will select one random entrant to pick up a hot lap and double pass to the 2024 btr Darwin Triple Crown thanks to the group’s partnership with NT Major Events Company.

ADG executive general manager for airports Rob Porter said the presence of the Penrite Supercar gave Darwin visitors a taste of what’s on offer during the tourist season.

“Event season is officially in full swing and it’s fantastic to see travellers heading north to experience what Darwin has to offer in the dry,” he said.

“We’re proud to partner with NTMEC for the Darwin Triple Crown as part of our commitment to building a strong Territory economy through tourism initiatives and partnership opportunities.”
