A WOMAN found badly beaten in a toilet cubicle at Mindil Beach Casino Resort on Wednesday remains in hospital with serious head, spinal and internal injuries.
The 25-year-old woman was rushed to Royal Darwin Hospital in a critical condition after the attack and was still being treated by doctors on Friday.
Police have charged a 25-year-old man with intending to cause serious harm and breaching a domestic violence order and continue to appeal for potential witnesses to come forward.
The man was remanded in custody to appear in the Darwin Local Court on August 25.
Investigators released CCTV footage of people they believe may be able to assist with their inquiries and while some have since come forward others are yet to be identified.
