POLICE are appealing for witnesses after a woman was found badly beaten in a toilet cubicle at Mindil Beach Casino Resort on Wednesday.
Investigators say the 25-year-old was taken to Royal Darwin Hospital with life-threatening injuries at about 5pm and a 25-year-old man was arrested in Ludmilla a short time later.
A number of potential witnesses were identified on closed-circuit television footage and police are urging anyone who recognises any of them to come forward.
