The court heard in November last year Davey threw a can of soft drink and pulled her mother out of the car by her hair and smashed a television on the ground during an argument.
On another occasion on November 29, she again assaulted her mother, who is the carer of Davey’s nine-year-old daughter and was taking her to a dance class.
The court heard the pair had a prolonged argument before Davey became upset and punched her mother in the face with her phone, which required stitches near her eye.
