LOW-INCOME residents in Tennant Creek have been given cheaper rental accommodation.
Venture Housing has handed over three of five high quality homes to very happy tenants at 90 Peko Road.

Located within a secure complex, the unit-titled residential community consists of five ground-level dwellings, comprised of two three bedroom homes with two bathrooms, and three one bedroom and one bathroom homes, in a gated and landscaped environment.
Venture’s chair, Allan McGill, said research and engagement within the town “identified clear and pressing needs and a high demand for affordable housing to accommodate workers on low to moderate incomes”.
“We continue to actively seek partnerships to provide innovative, sustainable, affordable, needs-based and timely housing solutions,” Mr McGill said.
