RUDIE Nudie and Spicy Ranga are just some of the creative flavours you can get from a new doughnut place that has opened up in Cairns.
OMG Decadent Donuts co-owner Cassie Nicholls said her shop was perfect for people with intolerances. They are free from gluten, yeast, egg, dairy, nut, sulfites, preservatives and artificial colouring or flavours.
”We call them the goodies with no baddies because they haven’t got any artificial nasties in them, and they still taste amazing,” Ms Nicholls said.
There are 12 flavours including a Dusty Queen which has Riverland oranges and cinnamon, a Rudie Nudie that is a doughnut in it’s birthday suit and a Spicy Ranga with ginger, cardamom cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg and pepper.
“They’re crispy on the outside but light and fluffy on the inside and just coated with natural sugars that give it the wow factor,” she said.
The shop is open seven days a week and is located at shop 1/217 Sheridan Street, Cairns North.
