A NEW bar and lounge will open along the Northern Beaches this week with a special RnB theme expected to inspire people.

Kingz and Queenz Bar and Lounge at Coastwatchers Shopping Centre in Trinity Beach will have its launch at 5pm on Friday.

Operations manager Elizabeth Kalas said it will be a family friendly place at a venue decked out with interactive wallpapers.

“The theme around the bar is inspired and centred around the genre of Hip Hop and RNB, and food,” she said.

“Everyone can find something to be inspired by when it comes to that music.

“We wanted to create a place where our locals within the beaches and Cairns be inspired.”

The place will have an American inspired menu.

“It’s very much the comfort type of food, its simple, easy and fun,” she said.

“Its brings people together.

New gift shop and interactive cultural walking tour launched

Ms Kalas said there will be all the favourites like fried chicken burgers, mozzarella sticks, loaded fries, chicken wings and some limited edition burgers or cool variations of hotdogs.

On Friday there will be a launch party with champagne on arrival, signature cocktails and some party platters going around for free so people can experience the new place.

From Saturday it will be open 12 til late daily.
