UP to 300 foreign military officials and their families will be quarantined at a Darwin CBD hotel, which the NT News understands to be the TraveLodge Resort Darwin on Cavenagh St.
The gate to the Travelodge resort was today being guarded by Australian Defence Force personnel, with a number of uniformed soldiers visible in the car park.
An SUV delivering supplies, including bottled water and boxes of gloves, was swiped in through the front gate by a guard on duty.
A check of the hotel’s online booking system reveals that no vacancies are available at the resport before the end of the January.
