Fact: Parents hitting the Big W toy sale can get rather bored. So much so that they turn to any musical kids' item or message board (we know you do this, don't lie!) to get up to mischief.

Adding to the list of accidentally X-rated items found in a retail store is a popular Fisher-Price toy that is being sold at shops such as Target, Myer and Big W - where it's currently on sale for $44.

The DJ Bouncin’ Beats musical toy is marketed to pre-schoolers who love to jam with cute animal characters.

"When little ones press the buttons, this interactive dance partner bounces to life with colourful lights, motorised spring action, and 75+ songs, sounds, and phrases that teach the alphabet, counting, colours, and more," the product description reads on the Big W website.

"With 3 Smart Stages levels and lots of exciting bouncing action, the DJ Bouncin’ Beats toy helps keep little dancers wiggling, giggling and learning as they grow."

People are turning the innocent toy X-rated

And excited bouncing it does do!

Instead of gaining attention for the awesome Christmas present idea it deserves to be, the toy is getting an X-rated makeover by customers who spot it on the shelves.

Mischief makers from around the globe are sharing videos of them recording sexual noises on the toy, which is then repeated when the toy bug bounces.

What you get is a moaning and banging sound - some even go as far as saying more elaborate sexual phrases.

"I have screamed!"

A TikTok search on the toy brings up hundreds of similar videos on the video platform, sending each raunchy video viral.

One particular post by @swagggleonidas2 has attracted many dirty minds in-store and online, with the video receiving many comments from followers who left crying/laughing emojis on the footage.

"I HAVE SCREAMED!!!" one person laughed.

"Oh my," another added.

Another said: "I'm done" while another claimed it was the sound effects from the actual toy that really made it.

"The bouncing noise makes it better," they joked.

Meanwhile, others suggested it won't be long before retailers stop stocking the toy because of their customers' cheeky minds.

"Why do I get the feeling these toys are gonna be taken off the shelves before long?"

And @dre2cray agreed when he heard how wrong his "Oooh daddy" recording sounded in store.

"Nah this toy [is] wild 😂 they need to get rid of it!" he captioned his video.

Comments on the footage also had people highlighting how the bouncing makes it just that little bit naughtier.

"It's always the clapping sound for me," one person said.

"The sound," another laughed.

The viral videos have people torn about buying the toy little ones in their families. Some couldn't wait to head into a store to nab one, while others swore they could never look at it the same way if it entered their home.
