WELL this happened rather quickly ...
Less than one week after Zayn Malik pulled a Ginger Spice and left One Direction in the middle of a world tour, he’s unleashed his first solo single.
The 22-year-old was snapped working in a studio with U.K producer Naughty Boy over the weekend — and they’ve now posted a demo online called “I Won’t Mind”.
A step back from the music he released with 1D, it’s a stripped back, folkie tune with Zayn singing over an acoustic guitar.
Naughty Boy posted the song on Twitter with the caption:
“Let the music do the talking guys. thank us later. :) x.”

The demo comes after Zayn’s former bandmate Louis Tomlinson hit out at Naughty Boy for being “inconsiderate”.
Louis was left riled after the producer retweeted a fan-made video that said the U.K producer “saved” Zayn.
“Naughty Boy saved my life ... Zaughty will rise,” the video said.
Louis attacked Naughty Boy on Twitter, saying: “Wow Naughty Boy you’re so inconsiderate pal, seriously how f***ing old are you? Grow up! #masterofallwisdom”.
