Popstar Sabrina Carpenter celebrated her 25th birthday with a cake that featured a hilarious nod to a Hollywood star’s dating history.

Pop star Sabrina Carpenter celebrated her 25th birthday in New York over the weekend – and her cake was a hilarious nod to Leonardo DiCaprio’s dating history.

The Nonsense singer marked the milestone occasion on Saturday night at Dumbo House in Brooklyn surrounded by her actor boyfriend Barry Keoghan and a dozen of her closest friends, including rapper Ice Spice.

It was the rapper who shared a video of Carpenter blowing out the candles on her cake, which was adorned with a DiCaprio meme atop the frosting with the caption, “Nooo don’t turn 25 your so sexy aha.”

The meme of course is a jab at DiCaprio’s high-profile romances with the likes of models Bar Refaeli, Toni Garrn, Erin Heatherton and Nina Agdal, who were all below the age of 25 when he dated them.

The running industry joke is that the Titanic star, 49, has the habit of never dating a woman over this age.

His most recent serious relationship was with actress Camila Morrone, who he stared dating when she was 20. Then in 2022, months after she turned 25, they called it quits.

It means, Carpenter turning 25 sees her out of the running to join DiCaprio’s supposed 25 Club.

Not that she cares given she is currently dating Saltburn actor Keoghan, 31, who gave her a sweet kiss after she blew out the candles of her meme cake.

The star rocked a yellow mini dress for the occasion.

Rapper Ice Spice was on hand to celebrate with the singer.

Carpenter was surrounded by a dozen of her closest friends.

The pair have been linked since September last year after meeting at the Givenchy show in Paris Fashion Week. They were also seen on a series of dates and low-key outings in LA.

The duo then soft launched their relationship at Grammys afterparty in February, posing separately on the red carpet before cosying up together inside the event.

Barry Keoghan seemingly appears in the bottom left photo, hugging the birthday girl.

They officially made their couple debut at the Vanity Fair Oscars afterparty in March, where they posed for a flirty photo together.

They were all about the PDA at Carpenter’s birthday bash too, with the birthday girl sharing a cheeky snap of him hugging her from behind in an Instagram pic collage she created from the event.

Carpenter most recently toured as the supporting act on Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour in Australia. During her visit in February, the star admitted she had never “felt uglier” than when visiting the iconic Bondi Beach in Sydney.

On 2DAY FM’s Hughesy, Ed & Erin at the time, co-host Erin Molan said there’s no other place that can make a person feel sub-par than the beachside suburb, due to the many attractive people who live there. And Carpenter agreed.

“I was there yesterday and I could not agree with you more,” Carpenter said. “Like, I’ve never felt uglier. Never felt uglier.”
