Princess Catherine has stepped out and showed off her gorgeous new honey brown hair as she celebrates her 14th wedding anniversary with Prince William.
The royal couple arrived on the Isle of Mull, off Scotland’s west coast, to honour the “power of communities” and the natural environment.
The Prince and Princess of Wales, who tied the knot in a lavish ceremony at Westminster Abbey on April 29, 2011, were seen beaming from ear to ear as they arrived in the picturesque coastal town of Tobermory.
The couple is currently enjoying a two-day visit to Scotland — which, significantly, is where they first met while studying at the University of St Andrews in Fife.
On their special day, William and Catherine visited several community hubs in remote villages where they learned more about farming and hospitality.
The Prince and Princess of Wales have begun their whistestop trip in Tobermory - the setting for kids TV show Balamory - where they have announced funding for two community centres.
William and Kate travelled for a two-day visit meeting craftspeople, farmers and residents - and to celebrate their marriage milestone.
Princess Kate stepped out looking effortlessly sophisticated a brown tweed blazer over a pale blue shirt, paired with dark chocolate brown leggings.
The soft sunshine made it apparent the royal has traded her brunette locks in for long “bronde” tresses instead - a noticeable difference in Kate’s appearance since she attended the Commonwealth Day Service last month.
By Tuesday afternoon the couple had already visited a play centre in Tobermory where they met with parents and their children.
Kate couldn’t stop smiling as she interacted with the toddlers, who were in awe of the radiant royal.
The couple later went to a Community Pantry - where the Princess of Wales assisted in creating a sign for the important local hub and used a nail gun.
The royal couple will also make a private visit to the nearby island of Iona, where they will spend quality time in ancient woodland and get acquainted with the local farm animals.
As for gifts, the future king and queen are looking to stray from UK tradition, which marks 14th wedding anniversaries with ivory gifts.
Prince William, who initiated the Earthshot Prize, has long voiced his concerns with illegal wildlife trade and has previously called for a global ban on ivory sales.
Instead, the Waleses will find alternative gifts for one another, a source previously told the New York Post.
According to The Sun, Kate and William are staying in a self-catering cottage during their trip.
As they strolled through the town, the royal couple shared several jokes and intimate moments, with Princess Catherine leaning in to her husband as they walked closely together.
When in Scotland, the pair are officially known by their Scottish titles, the Duke and Duchess of Rothesay.
The couple’s getaway marks Princess Catherine’s furthest official duty travels since announcing her cancer diagnosis in March 2024.
Prince William famously popped the all-important question to the princess on October 20, 2010.
The pair dated for eight years prior to the engagement.
In 2004, romance rumours began to swirl after the young lovebirds were pictured together for the first time during a ski trip at a Swiss resort in Klosters.
After a brief split in 2007, the pair reunited. Three years later, they announced their engagement to the world.
But news of their engagement only became public knowledge on November 16, 2010, when Middleton debuted the engagement ring that once belonged to Prince William’s late mother, Princess Diana.
Catherine wore a long-sleeved gown designed by Sarah Burton for Alexander McQueen.
She sparkled in a Cartier Halo tiara that was given to her by the late Queen Elizabeth II, who died at age 96 in September 2022.
Since then, the Waleses have welcomed three children: Prince George, 11, Princess Charlotte, 9, and Prince Louis, 7.
