It was a double blow for the Bachelorette star over the Christmas period. After news broke of her split from Sasha Mielczarek in December, it was announced her Sydney breakfast radio show was axed. Escaping the public eye, the 27-year-old jetted overseas for some much-needed downtime in Bali.

Laying low and taking a step back from her once-regular social media posts, Frost flew back into Sydney this week and was spotted out and about for the first time since the breakup.

Braving the Sydney heatwave, Frost looked happy and healthy in her monochrome gym outfit.

The star’s hair was tied back loosely away from her face, showing off her glowing complexion and Bali tan.

The reality star enjoys the last days of her much-needed break.

After her much-needed break, things will be gearing up again soon for Frost. While her 2Day FM breakfast show was nixed, she’ll continue presenting a program on the network with Rove in a later timeslot across the week.

She’ll be making the most of another week off before hitting the airwaves again at the end of the month.
