Crazed tourist arrested after half-naked violent rampage in Bali

A tourist has been arrested after being filmed during an alleged violent rampage at a Bali medical clinic.

A crazed American tourist has been filmed during a terrifying rampage at a medical clinic in Badung, Bali.

Disturbing footage shows the man, who has been identified by police as “MM”, screaming and destroying an examination room in his underwear.

Patients and staff can be heard crying and begging for him to stop as he breaks out into a fit of uncontrolled rage.

The clip, which was shared to a Reddit page, shows the man screaming at horrified patients and nurses.

He can be heard saying, “Give me the f***ing phone, lets go c*** give me it now,” as he aggressively points at someone filming the ordeal.

He then grabs a hold of a medical cabinet and throws it across the room, as the contents of the cupboard shatter on the floor.

“I’m a f***ing American,” he declares before pointing again at the cameraman.

Another shirtless man who has since been identified as his friend can be heard trying to diffuse the situation.

“Hey, hey, it’s cool,” he calmly tells his friend from a distance.

After a failed attempt at unwinding the situation, “MM” continues his rampage.

He can be seen ripping down a curtain around a bed in the clinic, where a terrified patient and nurse cower inside.

“This is a patient. This is a patient,” screams another man in a desperate bid to end the ordeal.

His friend can be heard telling an orderly to “get this bed outside,” as he points to the patient and nurse.

The women sob loudly as they flee while the man brandishes a steel bar shouting, “I’ll f***ing kill you.”

The cameraman then runs through an exit to the carpark where locals can be seen running around in panic. The nurses load what appears to be the patient into a black SUV that immediately drives away.

Police have said that the man allegedly collapsed after mixing cocaine with cannabis on a night out.

His friend called the emergency services to rush him to the Nusa Medika Pecatu Clinic in the early hours of Saturday.

It’s alleged that the man flew into the violent rage immediately after waking from his unconscious state.

“His friend came over to hug him when he opened his eyes. However, the perpetrator was shocked and immediately became angry and hit his friend. So there was a fight between the two in the examination room,” said Assistant Commissioner I Komang Agus Dharmayana.

‘Because the perpetrator could not be stopped, the security guards finally contacted the village officers and the police to immediately come to the location to help secure him.’

MM reportedly calmed down and ‘realised his mistake’ when police arrived – agreeing to undergo drug tests, which were allegedly positive for THC and cocaine.

Authorities revealed that MM has agreed to pay 2,085 USD ($3297 AUD) in compensation to the clinic.

He has been handed over to the Nugrah Rai Immigration Office for immediate deportation from Indonesia.
