Jetstar has just launched a massive sale to several Asian destinations.

Travellers can expect more than 10,000 discounted airfares to six different destinations around Asia in the budget airline’s Taste of Asia sale.

Travel dates vary per route but include late October 2023 to late August 2024 with one-way prices as low as $169 to destinations like Ho Chi Minh in Vietnam from Sydney or Melbourne.

Those who are keen to explore Singapore, which has been growing in popularity, can do so from $184 when departing from Melbourne (Tullamarine).

However, if Thailand has been on your radar, particularly Bangkok, there’s one-way flights going from $239, also from Melbourne.

Meanwhile, last November the airline relaunched flights from Cairns to Tokyo (Narita) due to high demand — and travellers can now nab a flight to the thriving Japanese capital from just $289.

The airline, which is the only low-cost carrier that operates direct flights between Australia and Japan, transported around 21.6 million people from Australia and New Zealand to Japan every year before Covid.

And Tokyo isn’t the only Japanese destination on sale. Travellers can also nab flights to Osaka (Kasai) from Brisbane for as little as $309.

And not to forget South Korea with Sydney to Seoul flights starting from $299.

The sale kicks off at midnight tonight until 11.59pm AEDT, October 6 2023, unless sold out prior — and the airline anticipates the discounted fares to sell out fast.

Members of Club Jetstar will have 12 hours of exclusive early access to the offer from midday today.

Keep in mind the sale price is one-way and excludes checked baggage.

Jetstar isn’t the only airline offering discounted airfares to Asian destinations.

Vietjet has just announced two more routes from Ho Chi Minh City to Perth and Adelaide, respectively expanding its connections to a total of five different states.

The two new routes will commence on 21 November 2023, with a frequency of five weekly return flights for each route.

In celebration of the routes, the Vietnamese low-cost airline is offering one-way fares from just $165 which applies to international routes connecting Australia and Vietnam.

The sale is on now until October 10, 2023 at 11.59pm.
