Jetstar announces massive overseas flight sale
With international borders reopening next week, one Aussie airline has slashed overseas flight fares to less than $150.
With international borders reopening to vaccinated Australians in just days, budget airline Jetstar has the sale we have been waiting two years for – literally.
International borders will reopen on November 1 for fully vaccinated Australians, with many already dreaming up their next overseas holiday or making plans to reunite with friends and family.
Jetstar have dropped a massive flight sale just in time for the booking rush – and some routes will cost you less than $150.
Launching at midnight, the sale fares will be available from across Australia to 12 international destinations including Phuket, Honolulu, Singapore, Vietnam, Japan and New Zealand.
The sale – with some fares as low as $109 one way – is the first Jetstar international sale since January 2020.
Running for just five days, the cheapest fare is from Darwin to Singapore from $109 one way, followed by Melbourne (Tullamarine) to Phuket from $149 and Sydney to Honolulu from $179.
And if you’re in the mood to splurge, it’s not just economy seats on sale. Business Class fares will also be discounted across certain routes, with fares from $499 for the pointy end of the plane.
While travel dates vary per route, some of the best times of year to pack your bag and fly abroad are available – including between mid-January to late March, late April to late June and mid-July to mid-September 2022.
