No Man’s Fort transformed into a party island for the rich

ONLY accessible by boat or helicopter, this sea fort has been transformed into a party island fit for James Bond - and it’s where the super rich are heading.

A VICTORIAN sea fort has been transformed into the ultimate luxury hotel with two helicopter pads, its own nightclub, laser tag, a rooftop hot tub and even a lighthouse.

No Man’s Fort sits two kilometres out at sea between mainland UK and the Isle of Wight and can only be reached by boat or helicopter.

It was originally built in 1867 for an estimated cost of $78 million as protection against a French invasion but the French never attacked.

Abandoned, it passed hands, revamped into a luxurious hotel and then bought as a venue for special occasions before being bought by hospitality company Amazing Venues and turned into a party venue for those with a big enough budget.

The company spent $5.8 million transforming Spitbank Fort, which opened in 2012, and this new sister venue is three times as big.
