Megan Thee Stallion accuses Tory Lanez of shooting her in Instagram Live video

She came back from being shot to release a smash hit, and now she’s accused a rapper below her on the charts of being behind the alleged attack.

Megan Thee Stallion accuses Tory Lanez of shooting her

Megan Thee Stallion currently holds the number one position on the Billboard Hot 100 charts for her raunchy collaboration with Cardi B on WAP, but she’s just as sensationally and publicly accused another rapper on the charts of shooting her.

In an Instagram Live video Megan, 25, calls out fellow rapper Tory Lanez, 28, and accuses him of shooting her last month.

“Yes this n**ga Tory shot me,” Megan said to 78,000 fans watching the video, since uploaded to Twitter.

“You shot me, and you got your publicist and your people going to these blogs lying and sh*t. Stop lying. Why lie?”

In a “subtweet” (a subliminal post that targets another user without directly mentioning them) a few hours before the Instagram Live video, Megan appeared to warn that she would “quit sparing” Lanez if he wouldn’t tell the truth.

The accusation comes after Megan sustained two wounds to her feet in an alleged shooting on July 12.

She said she was sitting in a car with her friend, Tory Lanez, and his security guard when an argument broke out between “everybody in the car”.

“I get out the car, I’m done arguing … I’m walking away: this n**ga, from out the back seat of the car, started shooting me.”

“You shot me! I didn’t get cut by no glass,” she said.

Megan Thee Stallion posted pictures of her wounds on Instagram but has since deleted the post.

Neighbours called police, which Megan said didn’t help the situation.

“The police come, I’m scared,” she said, citing decades of police violence against Black people in America as the reason she wasn’t happy to see the cops, who are “shooting motherf**kers for anything”.

She said the police were being “really aggressive” and telling everyone to get out of the car.

“You think I’m about to tell the police that we, n**gas, us Black people, got a gun in the car? You want me to tell the laws that we got a gun in the car so they can shoot all of us up?”

It’s believed she told the police she cut her feet on broken glass before being taken to hospital for treatment.

According to the Associated Press, Lanez was reportedly arrested on suspicion of carrying a concealed firearm in a vehicle but has not been charged.

On July 27 (which just so happens to be Lanez’ birthday), she posted a since deleted photo of her injuries to Instagram and said she’d been shot, but didn’t say by who.

In the latest video where she accuses Lanez of shooting her, she also denies hitting him beforehand, and maintains the argument had nothing to do with his alleged pursuit of Kylie Jenner, who recently and somewhat controversially appeared in the video for chart-topping WAP.

All three were partying together until the early hours of the Sunday morning when the alleged shooting took place.

Tory Lanez features on a remix of Jack Harlow’s Whats Poppin, currently a few spots below WAP at number four on the Hot 100.

Lanez hasn’t commented publicly on the incident since the night before the alleged shooting took place.

Megan has received an outpouring of support online, some of which condemns the comments of other people who made jokes about her injuries or tried to brand her a “snitch” for accusing Lanez.
