Exit Polls: Voters Reject Deportations, Split on Wall

THE two words Donald Trump fears most appeared in the last place you’d expect to find them — on his own campaign website.

The words “Clinton Wins” were emblazoned on the banner at www.donaldjtrump.com on Tuesday. So were the words “I’m with her” and “Ted Cruz is the Zodiac killer” and “I didn't pay my web developer”.

Fortune reported users were able to edit the page’s URL with the simplest of hacks. When they replaced certain words with their own message and refreshed the page, the words appeared in big bold letters at the top of the screen.

Once word got out, it was a free-for-all. A number of edits found their way onto social media where they were shared widely. These are some of the best.

The timing couldn’t be worse for Mr Trump but it wasn’t the only mishap for the Trumps — his son Eric got himself into a bit of trouble today by breaking a New York voting law banning the posting of a photo on a filled-in ballot online.

In a tweet he’s since deleted, the 32-year-old shared the evidence that he had indeed voted for his dad.

“It is an incredible honour to vote for my father! He will do such a great job for the USA!” he said.

The glitch on the Trump website was fixed about 6pm local time and it’s now business as usual. The fun couldn’t last forever.
