Coles Plus membership to include double Flybuys among a series benefits
Coles has launched a monthly premium subscription that includes a loyalty benefit it expects Aussies to pounce on.
Australians will be able to earn double Flybuys points while grocery shopping through a new, premium subscription service launched by Coles.
The supermarket giant has introduced Coles Plus, a subscription-based service that claims to offer members a wide variety of discounts and benefits.
It costs $19 a month, and one of the major inclusions is the offer of double Flybuys points on eligible Coles Online purchases.
Other benefits include free delivery for all Coles Online orders of more than $100 and one free delivery each month for Liquorland online orders exceeding $50.
The subscription also includes Coles’ new Click and Collect Rapid, allowing Coles Online customers to order and pick up their groceries in less than 90 minutes, which normally costs $5 per order.
Coles e-commerce chief executive Ben Hassing said demand for online grocery shopping had increased and the Coles Plus service would expand.
“We continue to see significant growth in demand for online grocery shopping and we are investing in customer experience and capacity,” he said.
“Feedback from Australian families already using Coles Plus has been overwhelmingly encouraging, and we are planning on adding more exciting updates in the future.”
