WWE pro wrestler John Cena is dropping into Fortnite this week
Professional wrestler John Cena is coming to hit game Fortnite this week with two in-game skins and other items.
WWE Superstar and movie actor John Cena makes his debut on Fortnite later this week, with two skins, a special pickaxe and a new “U Can’t C Me” emote available for sale.
While the skins won’t make you invisible, you can still enjoy playing as the 16-time World Champion of Wrestling, per this post on the Epic Games blog. Added to the game to coincide with SummerSlam happening this weekend, this marks the first time a WWE skin has been available in the hit battle royale shooter.

The two skins show John Cena in his Entrance Gear and Ring Gear styles, while the Five Digit Slapper is a large palm with the words “U Can’t C Me” emblazoned on one side. The emote featuring the same name is the same taunt as the move John performs before landing his finisher, and will no doubt be a very toxic way to dispatch your opponents, combined with his signature blaring soundtrack. The skins will run you 1500 V-Bucks, while a combined pack will run you about 2,000 V-Bucks.
Fortnite is no stranger to crossover events. Previous skins include famous streamers, including some Aussie favourites, superheroes and villains like Star-Lord and Deathstroke, Star Wars characters like The Mandalorian, popular video game characters like Master Chief and Kratos or Ryu and Chun-li, and even popular pop culture characters, like Rick from Rick and Morty or Indiana Jones.
This marks what is probably only the first in a long line of collaborations with the WWE. In addition to the WWE coming to Fortnite, there have been rumours and data mined information of WWE Superstars coming to another popular Epic Games title — as bean costumes in Fall Guys. While not confirmed yet, the datamined skins could include popular wrestlers like The Undertaker, Asuka, and King Woods.
The Fortnite skins will be added this Thursday, July 28, so you can five-knuckle shuffle your enemies in no time. This event comes hot off the heels of major wrestling news — such as Vince McMahon retiring after reports surfaced that nearly $20 million AUD in company money was spent on personal use.
