Apocalyptic scenes captured by beachgoer
Just a handful of people were at the beach as a storm system’s giant angry clouds created an apocalyptic scene above the ocean.
A beachgoer has captured incredible apocalyptic scenes during a trip to the coastline and left thousands of people awe-struck with just one short video.
Andrew Farnam was one of a handful of people on the shoreline of Fort Walton Beach in the US state of Florida earlier this week when the sun rose over a gloomy sky.
It was covered in layers of patterned clouds in various shades of white, black and grey that ominously turned the ocean dark green.

The clouds were shaped in mountainous peaks and troughs far out to sea, while those above the sand appeared in stark contrast as completely flat and soft.
There were no swimmers at the time, just a few people who had pulled up stumps to watch the incredible morning weather event unfold.
Mr Farnam shared eerie video to his Facebook page on June 22 where it was fast to attract more than three million views and close to 10,000 comments.
Most viewers were enamoured by what they saw, but some were convinced Mr Farnam came dangerously close to being swallowed by a massive tornado.
In the first part of the video there appeared to be a large weather system approaching from the left, but it wasn’t clear which direction specifically it was heading.
“I’d be more concerned about the huge vortex to the left as the camera pans around,” one person wrote, with another agreeing, “for real, that thing looked pretty scary”.
Others expressed concern over the scene being “not normal” while many argued it was a rare but harmless natural event.

“Mother nature is absolutely amazing,” one person wrote.
“Scary kinda. But really beautiful. Not where I want to be but again, really amazing looking,” another said.
“It’s pretty but the sky looks angry,” someone else wrote.
Several others said if the post had not contained video, they would have believed the display to be a painting.
“Amazing. Seems like a painting on canvas,” one person said.
Many others agreed the scene looked “unreal”.
