Girls, go and find yourself someone like Alex de Minaur.

The Australian has proven again why he is the world’s best boyfriend with a late-night appearance at the French Open.

The world No. 11 raced through his first round match to break Australia’s winless streak at the clay grand slam, but just moments later he was seen cheering on his girlfriend Katie Boulter, who was playing a night match on Court 9.

It was a very good day for the Aussie after he looked unstoppable against fiery American Alex Michelsen.

De Minaur cruised through to the second round with a 6-1 6-0 6-2 win to set up a match with Spain’s Juame Minaur, scheduled for Wednesday night.

Despite the one-day turnaround before his next match, de Minaur chose to make his way over to Court 9 where Boulter was taking on Paula Badosa.

A photo of the 25-year-old cheering Boulter on from the back of the court left plenty of fans commenting on his boyfriend skills.

One Twitter user wrote: “Then Alex wins the boyfriend game”.

That comment came as it was noticed Stefanos Tsitsipas was not there to cheer Badosa on just days after it emerged the tennis glamour couple got back together. Tsitsipas has an early Round 2 match on Wednesday night (AEST).

Demon’s appearance appeared to make an immediate impact with Boulter winning the final four games to win the first set, according to leading tennis journalist Jose Morgado.

Demon was asked about Boulter during an appearance on the Tennis Channel after his win over Michelsen.

“Safe to say that we don’t take it too hard if either of us don’t watch each other play because we obviously know that we’re getting ready, we’ve got to recover, got to do stuff to focus on yourself,” he said.

De Minaur could do no wrong on Tuesday night and was all smiles despite the cold and wet conditions in Paris.

“It was not easy out there today. Obviously a long day, stop-starting,” de Minaur said.

“More than anything mentally and also dealing with cold and rain in your face. Just had to be solid and, yeah, make sure I had good mentality today. That’s probably the most important thing.”

De Minaur hasn’t made it to the third round at Roland Garros in seven previous appearances at the tournament.

However, the signs look good this year.

“I’m a completely different player than previous years on the surface,” he said, according to tennis.com.au.

“I feel comfortable. I feel capable. Again, I’m going to do my very best because ultimately my goals are, at the Slams, right, to go deep.”

De Minaur has been in a happy place on and off the court recently and celebrated his four-year anniversary with Boulter in March.

Photos shared by the couple showed Boulter with a ring on her engagement finger, but she has previously stressed that they are not engaged.

The world number 30 captioned the heartwarming upload: “Four years with you.

“Calm down not engaged (laughs). Just the only finger that ring fits.”

Interest in the couple peaked during the Australian Open when de Minaur was grilled during a post-match press conference about when he plans to propose to Boulter.

Comedian Ash Williams, affiliated with the “Get A Grip Tennis Podcast”, began his aggressive line of questioning by mentioning how Australian tennis hero Lleyton Hewitt proposed to his now-wife at the 2005 Australian Open.

De Minaur is yet to follow suit.
