Inside Tom Brady and wife Gisele Bundchen’s explosive marriage split

An “epic fight” between the high-profile couple is still far from resolved as the supermodel remains away from the family home.

Gisele Bündchen still hasn’t patched things up with Tom Brady, despite her return to Florida from Costa Rica.

A source told Page Six: “Gisele isn’t back with Tom. She flew back to Florida to be with her kids but hasn’t been to their home in Tampa.

“Tom is still hoping they can reconcile. Gisele has told him she’s leaving him before, and they always made up when she cooled down.”

Bündchen is believed to be staying in Miami.

The source added that reports they are currently divorcing are “not true,” although other insiders say the couple could be headed in that direction.

Inside the high profile split

Page Six exclusively revealed last week that the 42-year-old supermodel had jetted to their home in the Central American country after an “epic fight” with the pro football player.

Sources told us the fight was over the Buccaneers quarterback’s shocking decision to un-retire from the NFL.

“They had agreed he would retire to focus on the family, then he changed his mind,” an insider told us.

“There’s been trouble in the marriage over his decision to un-retire. Gisele has always been the one with the kids,” a separate insider added.

The Brazilian model returned to Florida a few days later and was spotted with their kids at a Miami water park.

Bündchen and Brady — who wed in 2009 — share son Benjamin, 12, and daughter Vivian, 9. Brady is also dad to 15-year-old son Jack, whom he shares with ex Bridget Moynahan.

Page Six also exclusively reported last week that Brady, 45, was “sad” but focusing on being “super dad” following his spat with Bündchen.

The seven-time Super Bowl champion took a mysterious 11-day break from training in late July for “personal reasons.”

When he returned, Brady said after the Buccaneers’ pre-season game against the Colts: “Everyone has different situations they’re dealing with and we all have unique challenges to our lives.”

“I’m 45 years old, man. There’s a lot of s**t going on, so you just have to try and figure out life the best you can. You know, it’s a continuous process,” he added.

And the model was glaringly absent in Brady’s podcast return on Monday when he talked about his family.

He said, “You always have moments … I don’t think life is always the ultimate joy, I don’t think life is always the ultimate pain, I don’t think life is always the ultimate struggle, I don’t think life is always the ultimate happiness.”

“Your life ebbs and flows through the clouds and through the sun and through the rain and through the beautiful days and you appreciate the moments and you find joy in the little things,” he added.

Reps for Brady and Bündchen did not immediately respond to Page Six’s request for comment.
