WWE legend Hulk Hogan strips down in front of Donald Trump

Wrestling legend Hulk Hogan has caused a stir on stage ahead of Donald Trump’s speech as he tore his clothes off in chaotic scenes.

A tanned and muscular Hulk Hogan proudly ripped off his shirt on stage during his remarks at the Republican National Convention (RNC) on Friday, revealing a red Trump-Vance tank top.

The WWE legend took to the stage in a navy blazer to deliver his address.

Moments later, he pulled off the blazer to reveal a sleeveless black shirt with the words “real American”.

“I didn’t come here as Hulk Hogan. But I just want to give you a taste,” Hogan, whose real name is Terry Bollea said.

“I’m here tonight because I want the world to know that Donald Trump is a real hero.

“What happened last week when they took a shot at my hero. And they tried to kill the next president of the United States.

“Let Trumpamania make America great again.”

The WWE legend’s bizarre antics sent the audience wild as they promptly exploded into thunderous applause.

The moment of madness from the wrestling icon not only sent the crowd wild, but had those watching on stunned.

Actor Russell Brand wrote on X: “I’ve seen it all now.”

The Hodgetwins wrote: “Hulk Hogan just brought the house down at the RNC.”

Writer Amanda Fortini added: “It’s actually pretty genius of the RNC to have Hulk Hogan speak because he underscores the fact that American politics is, at root, WWE wrestling.”

Another user wrote: “Imagine I told you in 2012 that the future would have Hulk Hogan doing his pro wrestler bit promoting Donald Trump for president and it’s real.”

Hogan wasn’t the only sporting personality to appear on stage on Friday with UFC president Dana White taking to the podium.

White gave a ringing endorsement speech for his friend of 25 years, Donald Trump.

The former president asked White to speak at the RNC and only gave him one piece of advice: “Think of it as the biggest fight you’ve ever had.”

The UFC boss said Trump was also “fighting for the future of this country” — but what struck him the most about the invitation was the 45th president also expressed he was “concerned about interrupting my trip.”

“The mainstream media likes to push the narrative that he doesn’t care about anybody but himself,” White said.

“I absolutely know that’s not the truth because I’ve known this guy for 25 years,” he added.

“Nobody in the Trump campaign told me what to say, nobody tells me what to say and I’m nobody’s puppet,” he thundered.

“I know president Trump as a fighter,” he also said. “I’m in the tough guy business and this guy is the toughest, most resilient ive seen in my life”

Trump then strolled to the podium as he gave his first speech after surviving an attempted assassination.

“Friends, delegates and fellow citizens. I stand before you this evening with a message of confidence, strength and hope. Four months from now we will have an incredible victory and we will begin the four greatest years in the history of our country,” Trump began his speech.

“Together we will launch a new era of safety, prosperity and freedom for citizens of every race, religion, colour and creed.”

Trump said he is running to be president for all of America “not half of America”

“There is no victory in winning for half of America. So tonight, with faith and devotion, I proudly accept your nomination for President of the United States.”
