‘Don’t judge me’: Larsa Pippen hits out over Malik Beasley photo scandal

Larsa Pippen has hit out at critics again as photos showing her getting close with an NBA star nearly half her age cause controversy.

Larsa Pippen has hit out again at those casting judgment over photos of her strolling hand-in-hand with married NBA player Malik Beasley.

The 46-year-old took to Instagram on the weekend to share her reaction to speculation surrounding the nature of her relationship with the Minnesota Timberwolves guard, 24, imploring fans not to judge her without knowing the full story.

“Don’t judge me until you know me. Don’t underestimate me unless you challenge me. And don’t talk about me until you’ve talked to me,” Pippen posted to her Instagram stories.

It comes after an earlier social media post during the week in which Pippen said: “Don’t always trust what you see on social media. Even salt looks like sugar.”

Pippen, the ex-wife of Chicago Bulls legend Scottie Pippen, took a trip out of town after she was snapped holding hands with Beasley in Miami last month, surprising fans — and the NBA player’s wife, Instagram model Montana Yao.

“Wow … I don’t even know this man,” Yao shared via Instagram after the photos went viral. “This is wild, y’all. I’m seeing it for the first time just like y’all.”

Montana Yao was "blindsided" by the photos.

Beasley had apparently been planning his time with Pippen for weeks. He openly flirted with the reality star on her Instagram page before their outing, writing: “I just want to take you on a date and treat you like a queen.”

Yao has reportedly filed for divorce, with sources telling the New York Post her and Beasley’s relationship has been on the rocks for a while and the pair have been living separate lives.

In the wake of the scandal, Pippen’s 20-year-old son, Scotty Pippen Jr, spoke out on Twitter.

“Focused on myself and my goals. I’m not responsible for nobody’s actions. All good over here,” he wrote.

The college basketball player also liked multiple tweets with messages of support from fans feeling sorry for him being put in a difficult position by his mum’s love life as he aims to graduate to the NBA.

Larsa is standing up for herself.

Pippen, who filed for divorce from Scottie in 2018, shares four kids with Michael Jordan’s former right-hand man.

Last month she said she had been seeing NBA star Tristan Thompson prior to his romance with Khloe Kardashian, which began in 2016.

Last year Pippen emphatically denied leaving a Los Angeles nightclub with Aussie NBA star Ben Simmons, while she has also been linked to rapper Future.
